Details

This form (Annex IV to Council Regulation 2201/2003) is the certificate required to seek recognition and enforcement of a judgment concerning the return of the child under that Regulation. It is to be issued by the judge at the time of the decision, provided certain conditions are met, when the court has made a decision on the return of the child under Article 11(8) of the Regulation following a non-return order made under Article 13 of the 1980 Hague Convention. These arrangements apply if the judgment was issued before or after 11pm on 31 December 2020, in proceedings that were instituted before 11pm on 31 December 2020.
